per load
One load means one pickup-to-delivery loaded trip.
How the number of loads is decided. If everything fits safely in the truck in one trip, that is one load. Items that will not fit or cannot be secured together need another trip, and each trip is another load.
The number of loads and your total are worked out on our server from what you tell us — never in your browser, and never from a figure your device supplies.
What changes the final price

- Item size and quantity
- Stairs or difficult access
- Waiting time
- Loading assistance, when available
- Additional stops
- Disposal or special handling, when offered
Every price is calculated and confirmed on our server before you book, so the figure you approve is the figure we charge.
Prices are never final until the server confirms them — if you are offline, we will tell you rather than show you a number we cannot stand behind.
